- Make little towers by layering the vegetables individually, securing them by inserting a toothpick from the top through each "tower".
- Start by spoonong some tomato sauce on top of each brinjal slice.
- Then put a mushroom followed by a cheese then onion ring and then greenpepper rings.
- Push a toothpick through each and end by placing an olive on each "tower".
- Bake in a moderate oven until the greenpepper rings start going brown.
