Recipe of the week 16-09-2000
You will need :
2 Chopped onions
5 Cloves of chopped garlic
2 - 3 Chopped green chillies
2 Glasses of chopped mixed nuts
Salt, pepper (white), cummin, coriander, a little ginger and paprika
Rice (650 gr)
- Fry A and B together in a normal pan until it becomes reddish brown in colour.
- Add 650 ml water or steam every thing until the rice is cooked.
- NB Do not parboil the rice prior to frying it.
Enjoy the Latin taste of today.
