1 cup honey, ¼ cup water, 2 cups rye flour, 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp allspice, ¼ tsp mace, 2 tsp baking powder. ½ cup chopped nuts. Blend in honey and water, then beat in dry ingredients, add nuts. Bake at 180 degrees C, with a pan of boiling water at the bottom of the oven, for about 40 minutes. Let the cake age in a tin box for a few days.
