3 medium carrots, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger, 2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 medium turnips, salt and black pepper, soya sauce Cut the carrots and turnips into strips and sauté in oil for a few minutes, with salt and ginger. Add a few tablespoons of water to prevent catching and steam until tender. Flavour with soya sauce and pepper and garnish with parsley.
