Cherry Tomatoes cut in half lengthways Olive oil to taste Sliced, "pipped" olives (Calamatas work well) Lemon juice/balsamic vinegar to taste A handful of roughly chopped basil leaves Salt & pepper to taste Method
Mix all together, serve well chilled.
As an alternative use coriander leaves (dannja) instead of basil leaves.
