2 tablespoons olive oil. 1 packet firm tofu, drained and cubed. 2 cups pasta sauce of your choice. 1 tin chick peas, drained. ¼ cup corn kernels. ¼ cup peas Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add tofu cubes and cook for about 5 minutes, turning tofu frequently, until lightly browned on all sides. Add remaining ingredients and cook for about 10 minutes over medium low heat until chick peas and vegetables are heated through. Serve over couscous, pasta or millet.
