¾ cup ground sunflower seeds. ¼ cup tahini. ½ cup unsweetened coconut. ¼ cup honey. 1/3 cup toasted wheat germ. 1/3 cup finely chopped dates or raisins. Mix ingredients in bowl. Separate mixture into 2 portions on a separate piece of wax paper. Form into rolls. Wrap securely in wax paper and store in refrigerator. When sufficiently chilled, remove from refrigerator, unwrap roll and cut into 1.5cm pieces. Serve as a snack with some fresh fruits.
