This patty is delicious served in a cabbage leaf or lettuce leaf. Warm mushroom gravy can be added on top if desired. 3 tabs ground flaxseeds, 6 tabs water, 1 cup carrot pulp, 1 cup ground sunflower seeds or sesame seeds, ½ cup minced celery, 6 tabs minced onion, 2 tabs minced parsley, 2 tabs minced red pepper, 2 teaspoons Bragg liquid aminos or tamari sauce or soy sauce. In a blender blend the ground flax and water, immediately pour mixture into a bowl and set aside. Rinse the blender out immediately. Thoroughly stir together carrot pulp, ground seeds, celery, onion, parsley, red pepper and sauce. Add the flax seed mixture and mix thoroughly. Add more water if necessary to make the consistency to form patties. Place in a warm oven for 25-30 minutes. Makes 6 patties.
