6 potatoes, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, 2 tsp paprika, 2tsp spirulina powder, 3 tsp tamari sauce or Soya sauce. Slice potatoes into long, thin strips. Toss with spices (reserve spirulina for just before the chips are ready as the most benefit will be received the less it is heated) and bake at 180 degrees C until browned. Serve with a fresh garden salad.
