Soya Mince Patties ( gluten-free, dairy-free & egg-free )

5 cups cooked, flavoured Soya mince. 1 cup water or Soya milk Enough chick-pea flour (or Soya flour) to make a thick mixture 1 chopped onion (optional) 3 teaspoons sea salt Blend 2 of the 5 cups Soya mince in the food processor. Add the rest of the ingredients to the minced Soya and blend well. (the mixture should be thick enough to form patties ) Place patties in a greased baking tray and bake in a moderate oven until golden brown. Variation; Use unflavoured Soya mince and add spices of your choice. Replace chick-pea or Soya flour with mealie meal. Substitute onions & garlic with chopped green peppers or chopped nuts.
