1 cup sesame seeds, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 tablespoon carob powder Grind sesame seeds into a nut butter. Scrape out into a bowl and dribble in the honey. Mix well until you get a sticky mass. Add the carob powder but do not mix too well. Line a small box with waxed paper and press in the mixture. Put in the refrigerator to chill for an hour or so. Slice into cubes.
