Cut firm tofu into 2 cm strips and marinate in a mixture of: 1/3 cup Soya sauce, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 Tabs grated ginger root. 1-teaspoon fructose. Roll strips into a mixture of 1-cup ground sesame seeds 2/3-cup flour of your choice. Brown in olive oil or bake in a very hot oven until golden brown. Serve with whole basmati rice or Chinese noodles and a green salad for a satisfying meal.
