Crust: 1 cup walnuts, 2 cups soaked almonds, 10-15 dates, 2 tsp orange juice Process all nuts in a food processor. Add dates and keep processing for a while. Add orange juice. Spread evenly into a glass pie dish to form a crust and set aside into the freezer. Filling: 3 cups shredded apples, 1 cup soaked raisins, 1 ½ soaked cashews or pecan nuts, ¼ teaspoon nutmeg, ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ½ cup of raisin soak water, 2 tablespoons honey. Place 3 cups of shredded apples in a bowl and add the soaked raisins. Put all the other ingredients in the blender including ½ cup of the water in which the raisins have been soaking. Pour this sauce in the bowl and mix in with the shredded apples and raisins. Fill the pie with this mixture and decorate with fresh pieces of fruit.
