1 packet spaghetti, macaroni or gluten-free pasta cooked according to instructions on the packet drain and set aside. Stir fry; 1 cup peas, matchstick carrots, sliced baby marrows, 1 chopped stick celery, 1 chopped leek, 1 diced onion and 1 crushed clove of garlic. Slice raw, fresh, white mushrooms, add salt and pepper and 1 small punnet of cream. Mix all together and serve hot with a fresh green salad.
