2 cups barley flour, 2 cups rolled oats, ¾ cup chopped walnuts or pecan nuts, 1 tsp sea salt, ½ cup fructose, 1 cup raisins, ½ cup mild flavoured olive oil or grape seed oil, ½ cup honey, 1 tbs vanilla, ½ cup water. Mix dry ingredients together in one bowl and blend liquid ingredients in another bowl. Combine liquid and dry ingredients and mix. Oil cookie sheet and drop dough by spoonful. Shape into desired form. Bake at 180C for 15 to 20 minutes
