1 package vegetarian gelatin ( or Kosher / Hallal gelatin ). 1 cup boiling water. 500 g cream cheese. 1 teaspoon natural vanilla extract. 5 teaspoons Sweetevia. ( or any stevia blend ). In a mixing bowl dissolve gelatin into the boiling water. Add the cream cheese and vanilla and begin to beat until fluffy. Add Sweetevia and continue mixing until very fluffy. Spoon into dessert dishes and refrigerate for about 1 hour until set. Serve cold. Garnish with fruit, your favorite sauce or nuts.
