1,250 Kg Spelt flour (or stone ground whole wheat flour), 250g sunflower seeds, 1 teaspoon salt, 500g butter, 500g brown sugar (or fructose), 250g molasses, 4 teaspoons bicarb. 1-liter milk (or rice milk) Mix together seeds, flour & salt. Melt butter, add sugar and stir well. Dissolve bicarb in milk and add to butter mixture, mixing well. Oil 3 loaf pans and bake for about 1 hour at 100 degrees C. Cut into bite size and dry in a very low oven or oven drawer.
