HURRIED CURRY DIP ( blood group A & O avoid, B & AB neutral )


225g cream cheese, 30ml milk, 1.5 ml curry powder, 2ml fructose, 1 garlic clove crushed, 5 ml salt, 2 ml black pepper, 150 ml natural yogurt. Put the cream cheese in a pot and put on the stove just enough to soften. Beat in the milk, curry powder, fructose, garlic and seasoning and return to the stove until all the flavors have blended (Approximately minute) Stir in the yogurt . Serve warm with crackers and raw vegetables for dunking.
