GET-UP-AND-GO SMOOTHIE


Blend 60g mango flesh (about a mango) cut into chunks, 2 tablespoons oat bran, 2 cups soy milk or rice milk, 2 tablespoons honey cup fat-free natural yogurt in a blender until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and serve with a spoon.
