2 fennel bulbs, sliced. 2 cloves garlic, chopped. 250g peas. Salt and pepper. 1 onion, chopped. 1 teaspoon thyme. Cream, 2 teaspoon olive oil. Sauté thyme, onion, garlic, seasoning and fennel until soft, add peas and little water, cover and simmer 15 minutes. Add cream, heat through and serve with baked potatoes.
