1 cup chick-pea flour, ½ cup rice flour, ¼ cup chopped tomatoes, ¼ cup cooked, chopped potatoes, ¼ cup chopped, cooked, carrots, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 crushed clove of garlic, 1 fine chopped onion, 2 cups yoghurt ½ tsp turmeric, salt & pepper to taste, ¼ tsp fructose, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 3 tabs oil. Mix all the ingredients together with cold water to a pouring consistency. Heat 1 tabs oil till hot. Pour the mixture in, spreading evenly. Cover for 3 minutes and then turn onto the other side. Cook until crisp & brown. Serve hot with a crispy salad.
