3 cups flour, 1 cup rolled oats, ¼ tsp salt, 2 tsp coriander, 2 tsp baking powder, 4 tabs carob powder, ½ cup vegetable oil, 1 cup honey, 1 ½ tsp vanilla, 2 ½ to 3 cups water. Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. Mix together all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and mix well. Put into a greased baking tin and bake 25-30 minutes or until done in the center. Allow to cool slightly then invert onto a tray or cooling rack. When cool frost with carob nut frosting. CAROB NUT FROSTING ¾ cup nut butter ( peanut, hazel, macadamia, cashew etc..) 1 tabs carob powder, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 tabs honey. Mix well and pour over the cake. Decorate with nuts & coconut.
