250ml fat-free plain yoghurt, 60ml fat-free smooth plain cottage cheese, 3ml mustard powder, 3 teaspoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon honey, chopped fresh parsley, 1 clove crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and chill. Serve with carrot, cucumber, green peppers and celery sticks for a healthy snack.
