3 cups mung beans 1 teaspoon crushed garlic 4 teaspoons curry 2 onions chopped 1 teaspoon ground cumin1/2 cup cream2 tomatoes chopped2 teaspoon coriandersalt to taste
Method
Wash & soak mung beans. Cook until tender.
Saute onions in a little water until tender.
Add tomatoes and seasonings and gently cook until tomato is blended.
Add this to mung beans and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
