CAROB FUDGE


½ cup carob powder. 1 cup sesame seeds. ½ cup shelled pecans or walnuts. Honey to taste. ½ teaspoon natural vanilla. Grind the sesame very finely in a grinder or food processor. Add walnuts then the rest of the ingredients. Roll into smallish balls, dipping some in sesame seeds if you like. Chill and enjoy!
