Cajun Veggy Burgers ( wheat & Gluten-Free )


2 cups cooked beans dry of your choice. 1 cup chopped celery, ¾ cup brown rice flour, ½ cup chopped onion, ¼ cup fresh, chopped parsley, 1 medium green pepper, chopped, 2 cloves garlic, pressed, 2 teaspoons sea salt, 1 teaspoon thyme, ½ teaspoon oregano, ¼ teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C With a spoon or your hands, mix all the ingredients together until well blended, and form into 8 burgers on oiled baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes on each side until browned. Serve with a fresh, green salad.
