1 cabbage medium size, ½ dried cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon black mustard seeds, 1 cm fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 pinch turmeric, sea salt to taste. Chop cabbage and into small pieces. In a pan add oil and heat over medium temperature, then add pepper, mustard seeds and cumin seeds. When mustard seeds start popping, add the ginger, then the cabbage, salt, turmeric and stir all the ingredients together. Cover and let the cabbage cook on medium temperature for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with brown rice. Enjoy!
