Kombucha is a fermented health drink, but it is made with a non-candida yeast. It helps the body maintain good health and also fights diseases in the body.
Two metabolites are produced during the fermentation process, namely Lactic acid and Glucuronic acid which is the main product naturally produced by the liver in detoxifying the body. This aids the body in detoxifying the body as well as assisting with any intestinal imbalances. Usimic acid, another by-product of the fermentation process, is anti-bacterial and partly anti-viral.
Kombucha also boosts the immune system, provides increased vitality and is good for Arthritis, Candida, Anxiety, constipation, rheumatism, gout, stress, weight problems, skin conditions, cholesterol and high blood pressure to name but a few advantages in the use of Kombucha.
